I listened to the call at lla.m. which confirmed your referral to the press info. My general impression was that management was not overly positive. The one thing which keeps popping up in current reports is the Goodwill not being amortized in the future. Another was that I was astounded by the % of taxation a corporation must pay----I think I heard as high as 85% on some portion of profits----I wonder how our corporations can make it when the taxes are so exorbitant. Seems it would be prudent to reduce the taxation on corporations so that the money can be used to support the companies research and products, employees and consumer without incurring a lot of corporate debt. mj
