When you look and see what $100-150 buys in the way of "cat houses", you will quickly decide to ask more money...and you will get it!! Hand crafted doll houses, dog houses, and yes, cat houses are HOT! And if you really wanted to make money, again, make up the plans, sell them for maybe $25-35....and make custom built cat houses, high end. Shoot, if people pay $50-100 for a cat/dog bed....why not more for a custom house. I've thought of making miniatures for doll houses...another profitable business. Whatever it is, make it the BEST that can be found....and people will flock to your door. (I read that in the fine print....<g>)
