Jim- In this case, it may be that simple.
These are people who not only say that they want to kill everyone that isn't a muslim, they have acted on those wants.
They target everyone who is not a believer, bar none. So, the danger being what it is, then IMO it is a case of either you're with us or against us. There's really no inbetween.
The WTC contained men, women, black, white, red, yellow, christian, non christian, every nation on the planet. (or almost every nation)
This isn't something that the world can sit around discuss committee style.
If the rest of world doesn't want to join in with what's right, then the hell them. We'll do what we have to do for OUR sake. Our leaders have a sworn duty to protect the U.S., and our actions should be based on what is best for us, our people, country, and way of life.
We've already bent over too far backwards in regards to terrorism, and enough's enough. We should have acted years ago.
The WTC? That was pretty bad, but things can get worse if we don't put a stop to it.
At some point you have to draw the line. IMO the WTC was that line. We didn't ask them to hijack planes and attack us, did we? If we did, I don't remember that part.
Keep in mind this......If they get ahold of an atom bomb, they're going to use it.
We will too if we have to, but not because we want to be the big cheese, we already ARE the big cheese.
Ask yourself this- If they are triumphant in what they want to do, where do you see mankind as being in 50 years? What will life be like for everyone? What medical and scientific discovers will be made? How will the average person be living? |
