Welcome to the state of capitalism in America. It's worked this way for a couple of centuries and it will continue to be this way. Do I think it is fair? Hell no. I think executives are overpaid by a long margin, but should I bitch about it or try to take advantage of it myself? You make your own decisions in this regard.
