The main reason why I am interested in this case is b/c Sidley and Austin has taken this case on "congtingency" which means that SOS will not have to pay Sidley's lawyers. Of course, SOS will have to pay their experts.

Will Hitachi, IBM or EMC settle? I doubt it. Those are the "big boys" who have lots of cash.

Of course, however, they'd be willing to settle for $1. But that's another story... <gggg>
