Very interesting ...

re: Qaqish, who held senior management positions with Mentorix Technologies, NIIT (USA) and ExecuTrain, has over 10 years of experience in CRM, Knowledge Management and e-learning applications.

If you check out the following websites:
mentorix.com
niit.com
executrain.com

You'll notice that all 3 of them specialize in e-Training (or similar educational offerings). And, the first two are associated with India in some way. The 3rd has a presence in Germany. So, it looks like she has (or, should have) some experience dealing with International issues.

I didn't see anything that resembled offerings in CRM. The closest category would be the generic "professional services", where one of her firms might have built a customized Customer Relationship Management application for their client. Or, perhaps her experience with CRM was in using a 3rd party product to "manage" her customers?

Also, wasn't it a bit strange that the PR didn't mention her most recent assignment? It didn't really say she was hired from outside to take the position of VP of S&M. It could be that she was already an employee of FSTW and was "appointed" from within.

If that's the case, and her CRM experience was from within FSTW, hmmmm ....

ExecuTrain is headquartered in Atlanta, so I would guess that was her most recent non-FSTW role.

A Google search for Qaqish and variations of the name "Debbie" (Deb, Deborah ...) returned nothing. You'd think that if she was a "senior executive" at her former sites, her name would have been "in lights" somewhere.

Here's another curious tidbit ... what's with "Jeff Multz being 'promoted' to VP of Marketing"? I didn't see that in the PR, but you mentioned it, Mike. So, Qaqish was "appointed" VP of Sales & Marketing? Which means we have a VP of Mktg reporting to a VP of Sales & Mktg, who reports to Richard? I guess?

Curious. Very curious.

Regards,
