Thanks for your information about Taseko. I had believed that Taseko was primarily a copper miner. I did search through SEDAR listings, and while there are memorandums of understanding noted between Cominco (CESL) and Taseko which reference the use of the process I could not find any reference that indicated where Cominco had given them a world wide exclusive right to the process. Could you please point out the specific document or the date of filing so that I can access that information. I agree there are plenty of good mining opportunities in BC but unfortunately the problems caused by regulation and government in BC makes developing them even more difficult than almost any third world country.
