I know you two are discussing policy impact, but I think Bush Sr lost because 90% of the people who voted for Perot took their votes from him. After all, didn't Clinton win the presidency with only 38% of the popular vote? If Perot didn't siphon those votes away, would the reasons being discussed mean anything? Sorry to interrupt, Gary
