The depth and breadth of the initial allegations are startlingly huge. This is not a minor matter, that should be evident from the scope of the discussion.
Matters should be revealed not shredded, company officers should be testifying, not refusing. The obvious involvement of senior officials in various government agencies and departments is a matter of grave concern, especially in the SEC.
Every politician from Texas should be suspect.

Notice I didn't even mention the auditors.
