Every politician from Texas should be suspect.

This is political "profiling". In this country the Constitution requires proof of guilt prior to convicting anyone of wrongdoing. I have seen no calls from anyone in the Administration seeking to derail any investigations in Congress or by the SEC. Company officers who invoke their 5th Amendment privilege have every right to do so. ENRON is not the first company with what appears to be a crimial culture or who employed less than honest auditors. They will not be the last. Hopefully, the investigations will lead to recommendations to lessen the impact of any future criminal schemes of this nature and hopefully the parties will leave partisanship aside and take action to protect the public interest......
