S & P report of Nov 12-2001 shows 58900 shareholders. My guess would be that summer last year was close to that number.

I dont know if it has been disclosed how much stock was held in 401k's yet.

I agree with you that we need to look at specifics. But I think this thing is going to take some time to get the facts on. The officers of the company arent talking, or the one that did said he didnt know anything. It's time for some good forensic accountants.
