Gordon, I'm still long, deep in a hole, and still see the good yet to come. All this talk of chapter 11 is good for those looking to avg down. On April 21, 1997 Arthur Andersen put their huge wallet on the line by giving a clean opinion on the company and for the first time in years not warning investors that JTS was a "going concern". Secondly, and more importantly there would be warning signs like announcements of reductions in production, layoff of employees, etc. Yes JTS is strapped for cash but in a much better condition than this time last year. I think investors are in a panic. Xmonger
