Proof of guilt
or
Investigation

Investigators require no proof of guilt to investigate. Investigators profile, the FBI profiles, profiles are how wrongdoers are identified. It is fine to suspect every politician from Texas, it is good to investigate them as well. Do you think the holders of political office should be exempt from investigation. Enron may not be the first corporation accused of criminal action, just the largest, and they are from Texas.

It is important to investigate every politician from Texas, you have to be impartial.
