saw on CNN that Nokia is rumbling with Finnish govt they want to see reduced tax overhead threatening to move some operations out of heavily taxed Finland mentioned that high taxes weakens Nokia competitively nothing more discussed, but interesting, ongoing battle nice recovery by QCOM but now facing overhead moving average resistance / jim
