What we are seeing here is GWB's lack of intellectual capacity to think on his own. His speech writers obviously put that in but he did not have the wisdom to correct them................he's a puppet He's a good cheerleader but so are alot of other people. He has handlers who are among the best in the world but they can't hide his flaws indefinitely.( He wasn't fooling us at all was he?....LOL !!!!)
