Hi HH, Depends on how you count that... The 30 year rate has fallen from 7 1/4 to 6 3/4 or there abouts... during the last quarter... hardly what I would characterize as an increase in interest rates... at least not at the long end. Regards, Bill PS Interestingly enought I have a buy signal on interest rates indicating it/they may return to the April levels...
