You should go to today's stockholders meeting. All your questions would have been answered. According to the company: - Q4 result will be announced next Wednesday, 1/31. - Currently 5-6M shares are available for trading. - Insiders can start trading on 2/5. Only approx. 5M more shares, not 30M more shares, will be freed to trade. - Stock will be trading at after-split on 2/7. - No comments on AOL rumors. - Next shareholder meeting will be in May. Be there if you want to learn company strategies, etc.
