Royce reported 344K previously, or according to the last proxy, at least. That would imply that, adding on the 10% dividend, they had purchased about 55K shares in the open market?

Probably where those after hours blocks were coming from, a couple of months ago?

Dimensional Fund Advisors Inc. has also filed.... 426K shares. That's about what they had (again, from proxy) plus the dividend.

So..... Royce was probably the buyer.

Sort of sad..... an entire year goes past, and and a trader can identify the ONE buyer.
