I do not believe the orders are "just in case" orders. I believe they are very real, the equipment is needed, and it will be purchased barring some major event. Yes, there may be some schedule juggling along the way, and yes, it's important to reserve a place in line when lead times are long and future demand is a bit uncertain, but once again I would not call these orders "just in case" orders. JMHO.
