Hi Mrs. Peel, It becoming apparent that we may end up seeming way too many shareholder lawsuits that, in the end,
hinder corporate America's ability to function.

There are very real costs and expenses involved with lawsuits. Paradoxically, in Gold and other precious metals move higher over the next 2 years, Ford's stockpile of palladium would be an appreciating asset. And where would the lawsuits focus then? On GM not having a palladium stockpile?

Also what happens if new industrial uses for Palladium materialize in the near future.......

Corporations all make decisions on what direction a number of costs and prices will move in the future.

John
