I got them using "lexis-nexis", an online compendium of newspapers & magazines & law sources that long predates the web -- it was already very evolved in 1978 when I was in law school (using a 300 baud acoustic modem, no less!).

Lexis-nexis is now also accessible from a website, using a credit card.

Check out www.lexis-nexis.com

But it is potentially *very* expensive, and uses different search logic than you may be familiar with (tho' in recent years it has also permitted a "free style" search that is much like google).

If you decide to independently do research using Lexis-nexis, you'll want the Nexis database (that's the one with magazines and newspapers) and the "allnws" library.

I'll be curious if you can learn about the suspicious fire that destroyed Galtech in 1990.
