Some more bad news for PHSY.This warrants further investigation.I want to find out more about the foundation that sold the 150 Million dollars worth of shares to pay off some of the bank debt.

20:06:39 [TheOsprey] Merrill Lynch has them downgraded to sell after PHSY sold $150 million of shares in order to pay off bank loans.

20:12:51 [TheOsprey] 8:36AM PacifiCare Hlth resumed with a Sell by Fulcrum (PHSY) 18.98: Fulcrum restores its SELL rating on news of Texas Attorney General suit. Firm believes these events could be the beginning of a domino effect whereby cash needs in Texas precipitate either a draw down of the equity line or transfers from other States that force increased regulatory scrutiny there. Firm says it is not sure that PHSY will make it as a company. While believes a price target is irrelevant, sets a target of $11, which firm says is the lowest price the equity line can be drawn down
