Bill thinks there will be a new and much bigger 'up leg' (bubble) I also think some technology stocks will exceed their prior (bubble) highs in the next bull mkt. Applied Materials, for one, and probably somebody in the telecom sector. Applied is about half of his former high right now. Same with Dell, 50% down from his prior highs now and tons of mkt share potential to grab now that they are diversifying into storage. These aren't the bubble stocks though. L
