What do you think of the dynamics of the new legislation they are proposing for this "401K protection" on capital hill? It sounds like they want to limit exposure in the company's stock to 20% or so. Wouldn't this force GE, MSFT etc to sell off 80% of their holdings and thus flood supply when there is already lowered demand?

It seems to me that the Congress in a rush to protect the sheep may be about to cause a massive melt in their sudden desire to appease voters before November. Are they THAT stupid or is this just all talk that will go unpassed?

It also seems that the options scam is under scrutiny and that those big juicy tax breaks may go bye bye as well if the version of the bill I heard today were to get passed. Goodbye MSFT and CSCO ghost profits.

TIA and Good Luck,

Lee
