Rich; I don't know what to make of it, there is so much smoke , around, for sure sooner or latter some rumor will prove to be true, but I'v not going to let them effect the way I trade, no way if you pay mind to them that you won't get wipesawed..I get that bad enough ..CSRV needs someone to take over..but if it's AOL..half the customer base will flee..the artical also alluded to AOLs supposed 8.5, were the last data I got it was 6.2 and falling, when I see spam that far off I discount the rest of the story too. ------------------------ The GAX index has gone down 53% in a year..some has been 60 dollar stocks now selling for .50 cents. Whats that got to do with the internet. It's like this..the early 90s the GAX sored..every one jumped it now the amount of "base" people gambling is still reaching all time highs..the base is growing...but not as fast as the people trying to exploit it, more supply growth than base growth. That same thing is happening in the internet, pick up a phone book and look at the supply growth of IPS..look at one several years ago..you grow the supply at a 2000% rate and the base even if it is 500% growth; you will still get caught in price wars and lose money, this internet sector is feeling the pains of that some already, but bud the blood is going to run on the streets before it over. No way I buy any internet stock..the writing is on the wall you can not show me even one in the GAX that has not lost over 50% in the last 3 years, not one ! I can show you dozens that have been beaten so bad to be de-listed. All this get rich fast scam in the internet is just been that, SPAM and scam. Jim
