As you can probably figure, I think the three worst Presidents of the last Century were:

I thought that would get a bite out of someone, and you were certainly on my list. I know Ken (FL) would not be happy if we were to get into a long discussion ranking US presidents of the last century but it might be marginally relevant to so rate their foreign policies. In that case, I would move Clinton down the list. And, damn it all, would have to move Nixon up.

As for the, generally speaking, worst of the century, mine would probably not be a surprise either:

1. Nixon (seems obvious)
2. Hoover (also seems obvious)
3. Lots of competition--Harding, Bush I, some debate in my mind about Eisenhower and Reagan.
