That is an unfair question ,and by its logic we should have nuked russia in 46. I don't get your logic. I never implied we should nuke anyone, where did you get that? By my logic you might infer that we should have called Russia evil in 1946. But even that is not clear. I believe that the leaders of the Soviet Union (with the exception of Stalin , Lenin and Trotsky) were rational men and while they possessed nuclear power, they have never used it. OTOH, I believe the leaders of the axis of evil are not rational and given a nuclear bomb they would used it without hesitation.
