Zippee, All, I'd like to own this stock, but August/September/October could prove a extremely trying time. Despite normal seasonal depression for stock prices, this particular one will have its flood gate opened wide for insiders to rush out. The numbers of insiders shares wanting to go public is extremely large for a small start-up, and the number of insiders wanting to sell is even larger--very few precedents that I am aware off.
