What happened to FLEX? It has been going down since late December 2001. Any news?

For your information, below is part of an article that I read at CBS.MARKETWATCH.COM (by Ted Griffith) dated Feb 12:

BOSTON (CBS.MW) -- In these turbulent times, portfolio manager Bob Armknecht thinks investors would do best to stick with shares of established companies that have successful track records.

Lastly, the fund manager has his eye on Flextronics (FLEX: news, chart, profile), a leader in outsourced technology manufacturing. "As the economy picks up and demand for electronic products increases, a lot of benefit should accrue to Flextronics, " he said. Shares fell 53 cents to $19.09.
