What is all the racket about racketeering?
Just one example of why capitalism must be controlled at least as heavily as any other human activity:

Emboldened sections are those (IMO) appropriate to the Enron or Global Crossing affair. Let's see if anyone gets prosecuted and does hard time, and even more, if they have to cough up one dime of their personal money.
