Because I do not read RB, I am somewhat in the dark as to what has taken place as far as the quash. I know that you and others did spend a lot of time and money on this effort and you should be thanked. It's too bad that it was even necessary.I am still having a problem figuring out why SI thought it was perfectly okay to divulge so much personal information about their subscribers. To me it just means their privacy policy is a joke. Why should anyone have to get pay legal fees to protect themselves from harassment, stalking and fraud by someone like Pugs? SI has his history on SI, I would think they would have taken a little time to investigate that. From what I have read here, it appears to me that Pugs simply filed a subpoena using his attorney's name. Is that the case ?

I suppose was being naive in thinking that SI would never consider divulging information unless there was a valid reason. It appears to me that they were playing pretty fast and loose with our information and were willing to divulge for no reason whatsoever. Also, I would think they would have at least notified us. My name appeared on the list, but to this day they haven't notified me.

Thank you to everyone who carried the ball this time.
