(ASMIF) Asm International Late Tuesday, ASM INTERNATIONAL has received an order which it values at over $10 million from a "major" Japanese wafer manufacturer, the company said. It did not identify the Japanese company. Deliveries of the order are scheduled to begin in the third quarter of this year, with completion in the first quarter of 1998. (Reuters 03:27 AM ET 07/02/97) Sorry, I remembered the symbol wrong. Wasn't the low volume strange on Thursday? I hope it means buying will pick up next week!
