I have to agree with most all of what you said.

The only thing I might say to the rest is : perhaps your tolerance for risk has decreased with your increase in age since 1982. I know the older I get, the less risk tolerant I seem to be. It's called, maturity I think. <g> But don't read me wrong- I don't think this is like 1982- that was a secular bottom. We've got a lot of ups and downs to go before we get to that point. BWDIK.

I'm not seeing the same thing as you when it comes to public sentiment. Most of my friends are very leery of the market now, and tech stocks in particular. They do seem to have an open mind about the possibility of up- but still aren't convinced. They should start to come around during phase 2. By phase 3, they will all be trying to convince ME that the market is the place to be.

YES, Pile in to those oil stocks. Let's blow that sector out! Would certainly help a few of my positions. <g>
