VIX 22.42 down just over a buck not bad for a melt-up day, NO?

I think VIX can take out the VIX 21.69 intraday lows set on Jan 28 and finally head below 20 to VIX 18 by the end of this week if this heist works its magic i know it is capable of..

Rydex figures show way too much BEARISHness au contrare which is of course BULLISH for me not to believe in the possibilities.
