Bsim per Yahoo: MANT's debt to equity is almost 8 times higher than CACI on debt to equity ratio. Maybe you should complain to them. Don't shoot the messenger. I am not knocking MANT, just pointing out a concern among all the good indicators and perhpas why in this climate it hasn't risen more.
