No disrespect but if you're right and yahoo is wrong, then where are you getting your info on CACI. Maybe you can post the debt to equity on both when you find it on the filing and provide links. All we can all do is do research and make decisions based on the numbers available. Yahoo's numbers that I quoted are for the MRQ, which is the most recent qtr.
