Earnings expectations will not be met. Also the correction of the semis.

Thou the product look good on paper most of their chips sell for the price of potato chips (cheap). Also the floating gate process has one of the most masking layers to manufacturer therefore yield are usually lower.

Not so many wafer foundries have this process (except the non-vol memory makers). This limits their ability to get competitive foundry pricing.

Beware: inventories are building up internally.
