Do you know that in the USSR during the old communist days, people were not allowed to open their mouths about or for anything. Accordingly, wisdom teeth removal was exceedingly difficult, as you can imagine, because the operation had to be performed from the other end of the alimentary canal.

So, I'm glad that you're not suggesting that our uncle has to search for gold in your mouth in a like manner!
