ATT Wireless is outperforming the competition as they reported a 2.7% churn and met their subscriber expectations. Sprint had a higher churn rate and disappointed net add subscriber expectations. Why you ask? I think that ATT Wireless has improved their customer service whereas Sprint has deteriorated. In my area (Chicago) the quality of Sprint's network is poor in my opinion. I constantly loose my signal. My friends that have AT&T think the quality and service are great. This may be a micro example but I suspect it's happening nationally.
