Interesting point.

I guess they may want to represent themselves as a pure play in their core business and don't want people to attach a biotech label to NBSC i.e. no downside. It might also be a prelude to a spinoff of DGI to shareholders. It would make sense for the same reason as above (core business valuation) or if they want to merge.

The Q report was much more progressive/positive than previous reports although the reason for reduced backlog is unusual but plausible for NBSC <G>.
