More about the motor

An except from GTSM's press release about the motor:

-Galtech Powers Up Motor/Generator Division
-PROVO, Utah, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Galtech Semiconductor --Materials Corporation (OTC -Bulletin Board: GTSM - news)
-has entered into an agreement to grant an exclusive license on
-its patented generator/motor technology to Mag Power, Inc.
-The agreement gives Galtech a -10% non-dilutable equity
-interest in Mag Power, and 5% of gross revenue realized by Mag
-Power, or its subsidiaries, arising from this technology
-and any future related patents or -technology that may be
-developed from this base patent. In addition, Galtech
-receives 50% -of the revenue that may be realized from the
-aerospace and military market segments

Notice that GTSM gets only 10% of an UNfunded company -- in other words, GTSM loses 90% of the patent it claimed to own!

Notice also how careful GTSM's lawyers are -- it says it granted an exclusive license to a "patented technology" -- sure, the technology is patented, but GTSM doesn't own the patent anymore!

Magpower's website....

magpowerinc.com

is even more cautious. It says:

- Mag Power, Inc. (MPI) has entered into an agreement to acquire exclusive
- rights to a patented technology that the company believes has the
- potential to revolutionize the way most electric generators and
- motors are constructed.

It doesn't say that Magpower HAS acquired. It says it has entered "an agreement TO acquire".

There's other reasons to laugh at Magpower. It's website offers this closeup:

magpowerinc.com

of WINDMILLS -- they're not even generator or motors or anything magpower claims to be involved in. In fact the site offers a bunch of pictures, all suggesting that Magpower has something real -- men climbing electric poles, men in a computer lab -- when it has no operations at all.

The site lists Garrett Quintana as President. I don't know if he is the same Garrett Quintana as the one mentioned here:

kscourts.org

but if he is, his reputation isn't so sterling either.

Still think GTSM and the motor are just a case of hi-tech taking a long time to reach the market?
