Joe Garcia is now the President of the Cuban American National Foundation.
You may have heard about him during the ELEON SAGA. He was very involved. I believe he is breaking away from the fanatical CUBAN EXILES here in Miami.
If what I heard about him this morning is really true, The BUSH administration could be in real trouble. Why would ENRON be the one to decide who Bush appointed to the ENERGY Commission. I ask this again. Joe was very disappointed
