Yes...and that is the rule I normally keep to, I don't know what got in my head last week, sacrificing vrtx and mlnm and others just to go off chasing the trader dream! I guess I just got too damn excited about Elan. Take a breath...Elan is not going away, there will be plenty of time and plenty of other companies. (having said that, it would be funny if American Home Products bought Elan tommorrow for $25/share, heh). Well, nearly always, you never need to buy anything <today>!
