Changing the subject for just a quick second... A person sent me a Bloomberg report on Presstek...issued at 11:45 this morning It is a new law suit... class action.... charging violation of the 1934 Securities Exchange Act, Sections 10(b) and 20(s), and related New Hampshire state law....certain directors and management of Presstek are named defendants as well as are certain entities related to the cabot market letter and Cabot Money Management, Inc. The suit is charging misrepsenting and/or omitting material information concerning the financial condition of Presstek, and what is NEW, are charges with respect to certain defendants, "by their maniputlation of the price of Presstek Securities during the class period."
