90% of corporate officers probably are Republican. But 90% of the crooks are Dems.

Hark back to the insider trading scandals of the 1980's - the crooks were Dems. Same with most of the Savings and Loans, with the exception of Keating, who got crooked Dem Senators and one McCain, to do his bidding.
