Thanks for explaining your time rule. It's like the Phantom of the Pits said: "Don't wait to be proven wrong. Exit when you're not proven right." Re "...seeing the 1ma crossover..", is "1" what you meant? I much prefer to enter on a pullback or a breakout into a bowtie so that I can get out before the trade goes against me. Given the small moves you and I are trying to catch, my opinion is that we must immediately scratch bad trades.
