Which puppet regimes have we established "throughout the Middle East"?

Now if you'd said that "the British installed", one could name the Hashemite dynasty in Jordan or the Saud dynasty and maybe some others no longer existing. But America, no, we haven't installed any. We have helped to defend existing regimes against outside invasion (Kuwait and Saudi Arabia), though. We didn't even continue the Gulf war till Saddam was overthrown - as we should have.
