Hi, Bhag. You may well be right; Andy Grove probably wants to stimulate the industry to produce something that will keep up with future CPU's. There is an outdated overview by Peter Wayner of Byte magazine at -- byte.com which could help to introduce the topics involved. We should ask Wayner and Byte to produce an updated version, but they may be waiting for the fog to clear a little. Regards, Logan
