F9driver, you and I had a pretty good go round about 18 months ago. You shared with me that you are a former Navy fighter pilot and as such have a tendency to go into attack mode at the slightest provocation. This latest attack on Greyhairs, I assume, is one such attack.
Perhaps a very bad investment in one of the ELH participants has triggered this latest ''barrage''. In my opinion, your accusations are baseless and totally unacceptable. I'd suggest you assess the situation calmly and without prejudice, evaluate the appropriate target and ''attack'' at the appropriate time. NEVER, probably makes the most sense, in this case. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe nobody forced you to read this thread or told you you HAD to invest or even read the posts here.
You are way out of line in the accusations you directed towards greyhairs.
You mentioned you were now retired so try to learn to relax. Hell, if you are short of retirement money, because of your investment in ELH, you can bring what funds you have to Canada and live like a king!! $1.00 US gives you $1.56(approx) and we have better BEER!! ggg
Clearly you invested and lost money. Guess what? Me too. And most everyone else who has been involved, in an investment at ELH, for more than the last month!!
The problem, as I view it, is with your ''line of attack.'' You have arbitrarily chosen an enemy and using your past experience, have determined that Greyhairs is a GOOD vs EVIL situation.
This couldn't be further from the true facts, in my somewhat confused opinion. To me, this is about LOGIC, GREED, SCREW UPS (either intentional or accidental), BAD DECISIONS, and a TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION between the new operator and their partners and between the ELH partnership and their investors. And between what all of us chose to be the right path to riches. Now we know. Information is not a guarantee of success. Knowledge can take us just so far. Opinion, is just that.
The fact most of us are still involved at all is simply that most of us are trapped because of the prices we paid. And the number of shares we own, which is way out of proportion to the number of shares that can be traded. GET AHOLD OF YOURSELF MAN! Take responsibility for YOUR actions. Put the stones down. It is beneath a man of your stated stature to "cast the first stone".
Grayhairs, I too emptied the jam cans from my yard. Also from my neighbors yard. Like most I've paid a price, for my greed. Both financial and friendships. Sad, but that's life, I guess.
In no way should you be held accountable to/for anyone on this thread, regarding your participation here. For most of us, myself included, we have always appreciated your input and the way you conducted yourself with grace, dignity and honesty, and humor.
Funny how nobody posted you were ''the bad guy'' when stocks were trading upwards of 10 to 20 times todays value.
