Ibexx,

I understand WHY gold is falling but what I'm wondering is where the 'safe' money is going?

As for the Euro dollar, France is pushing for it but other parts of Europe are not too pleased about it.

BTW, don't get me wrong, I'm not pushing for gold but I try to watch a few different things. I have noticed quite a bit of Barrick trading today. (I live in Canada so it's trading today on the TSE). Today the OCT. calls have been active. 500 call contracts, $27.50 strike @ $2.50 and 212 $32.50 strike @ (between) 0.75 and 0.95 (CND dollars). Would this indicate that someone is betting on gold going up by October?

Hope you're all enjoying the holiday (remember, no chickenbears on the BBQ)

Randy
